Thank you for signing up to Holmescare. This welcome pack will give you all the information you need to know about your Holmescare policy. You will be paying £22 a month or you can pay £264 annually.
Our engineers will attend your property to carry out a survey on your boiler and central heating system to make sure it is in working order to bring onto the care plan.
Reasons why we can’t take you onto our policy.
- 12+ years old.
- Signs of Corrosion.
- Signs of sludge.
Once these issues have been corrected, we can take your boiler and central heating onto holmescare.
Our boiler and central heating package is a policy that covers cost of repairing and replacing parts of your boiler and central heating system if they break down. For existing customers, we also offer a discounted rate if your boiler or radiators needs to be replaced.
Our boiler & heating cover package comes with 24-hour emergency call outs, to give you peace of mind when an issue arises with your boiler or cental heating, you will be made priority, and our engineers will do their best to attend your property within 24hours. No excess or hidden costs,
You will have an annual boiler service; these will be carried out in the summer months and a certificate to follow once service completed.
Are you a landlord? Have more then one property ? You will get a discounted rate on the policy if bringing more properties onto the holmecare.
What is included in your policy?

- Annual summer Boiler service + certificate and flue gas analysis and efficiency test.
- Emergency call outs.
- Discounted rates for existing customers.
- Boiler parts.
- Labour.
- Pipe work.
- Standard valves.
- Central heating repairs.
- Checking and adjusting system pressure.
- Cleaning condensate trap when necessary.
- Checking the boiler is firing and shutting down safely.
- Annual service reminders.
What is not included in your policy?
- No plumbing.
- No decorative valves
- Under floor heating that need specialist parts and engineers, so we recommend getting in touch with manufacture.
- No radiators
- No external pipes (in wall or hidden)
- No outside drains (from a certain distance from the house to the drain).
- No electrical.
- Time or temp controls/batteries or resetting the thermostat.
- Boiler has signs of corrosion, limescale or sludge will not be covered.
- If the boiler has been tampered by yourself or another company and has been damaged.
- Systems that are powered other then gas.
- Systems or appliances that havent been installed, maintained and used in accordance with manufactures instructions or current regulations or best practice will not be covered.
Terms & conditions
You will be signed into a 6 month period, you can cancel anytime after the 6 months.
If customers decided not to sign up after the survey, they will be charged the call out fee.
